Shipping policy
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland, Singapore, and the UAE. Free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend.
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification with your tracking information once it has been dispatched.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 5–9 business days. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Breathly is not responsible for delays caused by weather or carrier disruptions.
Customs and Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your local authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Breathly.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Breathly is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@shopbreathly.com and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
Lost or Stolen Packages Breathly is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We are happy to assist where possible.
