Refund policy
At Breathly, we stand behind our products and want every customer to have a great experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened adhesive patch refills are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please email us at hello@shopbreathly.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as Breathly cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Breathly is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account and contact your card provider, as processing times can vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@shopbreathly.com.
